Product Overview
Segmented equal-thickness screw flights are precision-formed by pressing or rolling steel plate segments into spiral shapes. Each segment maintains uniform thickness across the flighting, ensuring high wear resistance, durability, and stability.
Compared with continuous cold-rolled flights, segmented flights are ideal for large diameters, heavy-duty applications, abrasive materials, or non-standard specifications.
